Rental Terms:
By engaging to rent our studio for any purpose, you hereby state that you have read, fully understand and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. You will be required to sign this form the day of your rental. We cannot allow your rental to go forward without a signed and dated copy of this form. A studio representative will be onsite at all time **NO exceptions**. We do respect your space and privacy and work from an office below the studio. No standing is permitted on the furniture in the lounge area.
Payment:
Rental rates are the rates posted on our web site or the rates quoted to you in advance of this rental agreement. A deposit of half the total rental amount is required 48 hours in advance to guarantee your rental period. This payment can be made in cash or through Pay pal. Your date will not be held until this payment is received and cleared. We reserve the right to refuse reservations at our sole discretion.
Deposits are not refunded unless notice of cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your reservation date. A 50% refund of the deposit is returned for notification of cancellation 24 hours prior to the rental period. There is NO refund of the deposit for cancellations on the day of the shoot.
Payment for your rental must be received before your reserved time begins. You may pay upon arrival to our studio in cash only. We cannot accept personal checks under any circumstances. Please arrange to have your payment in cash ahead of time.
Additional charges may be added in circumstances where damage to equipment and/or the premises has occurred during your shoot. Disposal of large amounts of garbage due to large sets may also accrue additional costs.
We reserve the right to refuse reservations at our sole discretion. If we must cancel your reservation for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Length of Use:
Rental periods are 4 & 8 hours unless previously arranged.
Arrival up 30 minutes early is allowed for set up. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period.
No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc. unless negotiated at time of rental contract. Additional fees may apply.
Terms of Use:
Use of our studio and our equipment is AT YOUR OWN RISK. You hereby waive your right to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, and loss while on our premises.
You agree to leave our studio in the same condition as they were when you arrived.
You are solely responsible for any legal infractions you or members of your party make during the conduct of the shoot, be they in our studio or elsewhere. This includes parking tickets, all other violation or citations, and legal action resulting from the conduct of the shoot, taken at whatever time.
You agree to release GLAM STUDIO+GALLERY, its owners, agents, employees, affiliated independent contractors, management, bookers or any other related personnel, the company and any of its subsidiaries of any and all liability for any and all accidents or injuries whether physical or mental, while in participation of, working and/or shooting in the studios, or any other activity in conjunction with this space, or situations that you encounter while renting the studio space.
You agree not to sue or file suit against GLAM STUDIO+GALLERY, its owners, agents, employees, affiliated independent contractors, management, bookers or any other related personnel, the company and any of its subsidiaries for claims arising out of said participation's and/or photo shoots while in participation of, working and/or shooting in the studios.
You waive GLAM STUDIO+GALLERY of any liabilities arising out of the use of the studio.
You agree to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying you while on our premises.
You are solely responsible for the safety and well-being of any models or personnel you engage. You understand that if we feel that dangerous or negligent practices or activities are being engaged in we have the right to stop the shoot and require you and your party to leave immediately ‹ HOWEVER, we have NO RESPONSIBILITY to act in such cases. You agree to hold us, our agents, representatives, and anyone acting on our behalf completely harmless from any action, legal or otherwise, that results from your conduct.
You are solely responsible for verifying that all models employed during your rental period are of legal age for the activities they are to be engaged in. GLAM STUDIO+GALLERY has no responsibility to determine or verify the age of participants in the renter's activities but reserves the right to end those activities if we become aware that legal age violations are on-going.
You agree that someone representing GLAM STUDIO+GALLERY will be present in the studio at all times you are using it.
REFUNDS
Cancellation on day of shoot - NO REFUND
24 hours before shoot - 50% of deposit
48 hours before shoot - 100% of deposit

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept cash, money orders and credit cards through Pay pal only. 50% of rental fee is due as deposit.
Your rental is NOT guaranteed until we receive your deposit & signed rental policy. Remaining balance must be paid on day of shoot in cash or money order. For security purposes, we require a drivers license and valid credit card at time of reservation.
The rental rate includes the use of the studio and additional facilities (make-up and fitting area),
In order to put our studio on hold or to book, we require a completed & signed rental policy.
SPECIALS
Mention our web site, and get: Referrals - Refer someone to us, and you will get 1 free hour on your next full day rental (or $30 off). Referral must book a full day. They must mention your full name when booking the time and you must have rented time from us before, or have an appointment booked.
